CANCELLATION POLICY
Emerald City Esthetics — Appointment & Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To provide the best experience for every guest, the following policies are in place. Deposits: A deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits go toward your service total and are non-refundable. Deposits may be transferred once with proper notice. Rescheduling & Cancellations: Appointments must be rescheduled or canceled at least **24 hours in advance**. Changes made with less than 24 hours notice will result in a **50% cancellation fee** of the scheduled service. No-Shows: Failure to arrive to your appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service and future bookings may require full prepayment. Late Arrivals: Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled to avoid impacting the next guest. The cancellation fee may apply. Same-Day Bookings: Same-day appointments cannot be canceled and are considered final once booked. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
